Please drive in ONLY from Arthurs Seat Road, do not enter from the Stony Creek Road….as you could easily cause an expensive and serious head-on!!!
Please Note that there will be no access to any of the Estate’s gardens nor the Barn.

As the Estate is for Sale, you will see a large FOR SALE board on Arthur’s Seat Road. Enter the front gate which has the large flag at the stone pillar, and drive 700 metres (slowly) straight down the track; Turn right at the signed Carpark where your peony bunches will be pre-wrapped & waiting for you.
If it is pouring with rain, you may even receive service via the car window!
Otherwise bring an umbrella
Exit is through to the back of the Estate, follow signs out to Stony Creek Road and then onto the Mornington - Flinders Road.
Please drive slowly as the road is used by a number of residents and local animals.
